This is a really fabulous 3 bedroomed apartment, in the past this has been kept exclusively for the owners and their close family and friends personal use only, but now we are able to offer this luxurious property to our clients. Very modern and beautifully furnished, you will be sure of a relaxed and and very pleasant holiday in this apartment.
It is spacious and light and has a great balcony which overlooks the fabulous pool complex
The master bedroom has a kind sized bed and an ensuite shower room with handbasin, the other 2 bedrooms ( 1 king 180cm x 200cm and 1 double 140cm x 200cm) share the second shower room which has a WC and a handbasin. There is another seperate WC.
Fully air-conditioned through out.
Neighbourhood
This apartment is located in the popular Residence of Domaine Juan Flore on the west of Juan les Pins.
The apartment is approx. 1500 meters from the center of Juan Les Pins, just 200 meters from the beach in an enclosed area with a large communal pool and a safe shallow pool for the younger children. Both are a perfect place to cool off after a hard days sun bathing!
Juan-les-Pins is located between Cannes and Nice and is an attractive holiday resort in summer. Juan-les-Pins is known for it's sandy beaches right beside the town. Previously it was a small village with a wide variety of beaches that the inhabitants of Antibes used for outings and picnics.
The centre of Juan les Pins is an easy 10 minute walk along the beach from this apartment, a romantic way to finish the evening after a delicious meal at one of the many beach restaurants, where you can dine with your toes in the sand!

This apartment is located on the 1st floor accessible by 1 easy flight of stairs or in the lift.
Living Area
The living room contains dining table with 6 chairs. Here are the Playstation 3 with the possibility of DVD playback, CD player with iPod dock for playing music and TV with some international channels. Wireless internet is also available in the apartment.
Bathroom
The shower room has a sink, WC and a shower cubicle. Next to this shower room is a separate WC. The master bedroom's has a ensuite bathroom with a shower and sink.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with integrated induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine. Everything from Gaggenau.
Amenities
The terrace has a dining table and chairs to seat 6 for alfresco dining, 2 sun loungers and also comfortable seating for relaxing.

| Comment: | This apartment is all about the outside space - the wrap around balcony is great, with a sofa, decent sized dining table, chairs and tables to allow you to sit outside at all times of the day, with electric awnings giving you the choice of whether to lie in sun or shade. The sun touches the balcony the entire day. The interior layout is slightly odd, with the "ensuite" bathroom in bedroom one actually having no toilet - instead using a toilet in the hall, next to the main bathroom. The kitchen is also not huge, but is very well equipped. All the bedrooms are of a decent size and have shutters allowing you to leave the windows open at night but still feel secure, and to get fresh air. The apartment is well kitted out with satellite TV and Apple TV available for use, and an awful lot of items left for you to make use of - including food items such as sugar, pepper, salt etc, which are very useful. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to have easy access to the Cannes-Antibes area, with only a short walk to the beach and a 15 max minute walk to Golfe Juan or Juan Les Pins for dinner. there is no air conditioning in this apartment, only a forced air ventilation system that makes no noticeable difference. | |

| Comment: | The service was great right from first booking enquiry with good response to emails. Our car hire fell through right at the last minute and managed to arrange a reasonably priced transfer with the agent from the airport for our family of 5 the day before we landed. The apartment is great. Spacious, stylish and a big balcony with views of the sea and the lovely pool area. There was no issue with noise and the block is very well kept. Mod cons were all there including top of the range appliances, flat screen TV, PS3, massive iPod speaker dock etc. There are other appliances such as a Nespresso machine, hair dryer (with diffuser!), wifi. The kitchen was well stocked and there were dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent, washing up liquid etc. The rental agents and the housekeeper were all very friendly and helpful. The beach is a short 5 min stroll away but v crowded in August. We preferred the pool which has restricted access and NO SUNBEDS which means that nobody dumps their towels on a bunch of beds for the day. It was never too busy and it was so lovely to relax and sunbathe/swim, then pop back to the apartment for snacks. We ate in most of the time. Two of the kids are vegan and eating out is trickier but the local supermarkets are just over 5 mins walk away and have a great selection of vegan food (and non vegan food too!). The non vegan adults ate out one night at nearby 'Cote Jardin'; around 10 mins stroll away. Wonderful views and great food. We caught the train to Nice for a day from the centre of Juan-les-Pins which was a pleasant trip so our car hire woes didn't have too negative an impact on our stay. We were really pleased with this place and think it looks even better than the pics. One thing is that the pool slide was closed when we were there. It was caged off and had hazard signs. | |
