Roof top studio hide-away with amazing terrace sun trap

This is a real gem of a roof top hideaway featuring a fabulous roof top terrace with the most stunning views.  The roof terrace recieves sun all day long.  Whilst on the fifth floor (no lift, so not a place to stay for anyone with limited mobility), the views and the all day sun make the climb worthwhile.  This is a unique and romantic place to stay. It has a king-size double bed so perfect for 2, however there is also a single roll out bed, so it could also be great for 2 friends or a couple with a child.  This studio is directly above an equally fabulous 3 bedroom apartment (A03) and the 2 properties can be rented together.  The roof top terrace is secluded and recieves the sun all day long, so it is possible to relax in the sun here even in the winter months.

This studio is located in the heart of the Old Town Antibes, just one minute from the most delicious covered Provencale market, and about 3 minutes stroll to the nearest beach. When you stay here you really will have everything on your doorstep. There is no need for a car, you will enjoy strolling the streets of Antibes and the public transport is very efficient if you want to venture further along the Riviera coastline.

This studio is at the top of the building giving fantastic views, but it does mean you have to climb 5 flights of stairs to reach it. The building is very old and the communal entrance stairs are not as pretty, but this studio and roof terrace are well worth the climb.

This studio is spacious enough to have a dining area inside as well as the fabulous roof terrace. There are 2 chairs and a dining table for 2 inside, on the roof terrace there is a large dining table and chairs for 6 people. There is also plenty of space on the roof terrace for those who like to stretch out in privacy and bask in the sunshine, sun loungers are also provided. This is a fabulous terrace that gets the sun all day long.

There is smart and modern shower room with a large shower cubicle, WC and handbasin. There is also a second shower room located on the roof terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, 2 ring hob and fridge, it has all you need to help you enjoy the yummy things that tempt you in the Provencale market and the gorgeous boulangeries.

There is wifi internet access for those who want to keep in touch, as well as an Alexa smart speaker. The studio has reversible air-conditioning making it comfortable inside what ever the season outside.
