This apartment not only has the most amazing views, it is also in a very convenient location and benefits from air-conditioning in the bedroom, although with windows on 2 sides this property gets a good through breeze.
The apartment has balconies on 2 sides, allowing 360 degree views of the area, with mountains behind and the sea in front. Being one of the tallest buildings around this apartment has views across all the roof tops of Antibes and far beyond. The apartment is spacious and full of light, making it a very comfortable base from which to explore all of the Riviera coastline.
The bedroom is at the back of the property. There is a comfy double bed, a wardrobe and sliding patio doors to the back balcony. The bedroom is fitted with air-conditioning, making it a comfortable place to sleep in the height of the summer temperatures.
Neighbourhood
The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Antibes train station and bus stops, as well as benefitting from a small private garage. The nearest supermarket is Monoprix in Place Charles de Gaulle which is less than 2 minutes walk. Centrally located on one of the main thoroughfares of Antibes this apartment is easily accessed by all modes of transport.

The private garage is positioned in the apex of a triangle which can mean that it may take a little practise to maneouvre your car into the space.

The living room is a lovely spacious room with views across the Antibes roof tops to the sea, there is a comfortable sofa bed and 2 armchairs. The living room opens directly on to the terrace as well as into the glazed terrace dining room. There is a TV with french tv channels and there is also wifi internet access.
Bathroom
The bathroom has been fully renovated and offers the luxury of both a bathtub and a shower cubicle. There is a large washbasin and a WC. The washing machine is situated in the bathroom.
Kitchen
The galley kitchen is well equipped with a full size hob and oven, and a good size fridge-freezer. The kitchen also opens on to the terrace, making it a quick hop to refill your glass from the fridge!

| Comment: | We spent a week in the penthouse apartment and will definitely return. The views are the best in Antibes. It is very central and only 5 minutes from the train station and buses. Shops and restaurants are very close. An extremely well appointed property. | |

| Comment: | The apartment is located very close to the center, 5 min and to the beach 7 min. The train station is also very close, around 5 min. The place is very bright and full of sunshine. In the morning the sun is in the living room and in the afternoon in the bedroom. The view is absolutely amazing. Everybody that has visited me was stunned with the view. The covered part of the balcony is very charming and ideal for nice dinners. You can see all of Antibes and the port, as well as Nice and all the cities in between. It’s very peaceful without noise. It has everything you could need from plates and towels to little things such as candles and magazines. The kitchen is big and it’s like a real home kitchen, there is a microwave, dishwasher, stove and a fridge, as well as every possible kitchen necessity. The bedroom has a lot of closet space, three big closets as well there is one in the living room. The bathroom has a shower and a bath tub and is pretty big. | |
