A wonderful two bedroom apartment with a large balcony - a great space to relax and absorb the atmosphere of Antibes.
This beautiful apartment situated in the Old Town is located on the fourth floor (no lift). The good-sized living room is equipped with a TV with UK and Norwegian channels and a DVD player and wifi internet access. This room and one of the two bedrooms open out on to the balcony which is large enough to have both a dining and seating area. The balcony has great views across the rooftops of Old Antibes towards the Cap d'Antibes, it is also possible to seal the open side with a roll-down transparent blind, making the terrace very snug out of season. This terrace benefits from shade in the heat of the summer and direct sun in cooler parts of the year. The whole apartment has been lovingly furnished and decorated to a high standard. The double bedroom has wonderful mountain views, a good sized double bed and wardrobe. The kitchen has been newly renovated and is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, full-sized oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a spacious shower with WC and handbasin.
Sleeps: Seven (one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with push together beds and a sofa bed, there is also a Z-bed if needed).

Neighbourhood

This apartment is located in the heart of the Old Town of Antibes just off of one of the Old Towns most popular thoroughfares.

From the balcony of this apartment you can survey much of the Old Town of Antibes and you can watch the world go by whilst reclining on the outdoor sofa. When you are ready to lose yourself in the vibrant streets and narrow cobbled lanes, it is all there outside the door. The restaurants, cafes and individual boutiques will all do their best to tempt you away from the beach.

This is true Old Town living and the apartment is located on the 4th floor, stair access only (NO LIFT) at the top of the building.
